Refund Policy
At JSB North West you can buy our sofas with confidence as we offer a no hassle 14 days returns period from the date of your delivery. We do everything we can to give you all the information you need to make an informed decision on your purchase. We encourage you to double check measurements, space in your room & colour schemes before purchasing. We offer fabric samples to prevent any unexpected surprises on delivery.
Unwanted items must be returned in a fully re-saleable condition, which includes being in the original, unmarked and undamaged packaging.
Products which cannot be returned
- Products you received over 14 days ago
- Products that have been opened or unsealed (other than to inspect)
- Products that have been damaged
- Products without original packaging and labels
- Products that have been assembled in any way
- Customised products
To start a return, you can contact us at jsb.northwest.ltd@gmail.com and we'll get in touch with you to return it, or arrange for a collection. Once it gets back to us, you'll receive a full refund (minus any collection costs, if you use our service).

Damages and issues
It is very important that you inspect your order on delivery, because we’ll ask you to sign confirming that it is in good condition. If you’re not happy, let the delivery team know.
Our quality team checks all products to ensure they are to the very best standards before we deliver to you. If we have missed something or sent you something wrong, let us know as soon as possible, just contact us and our team will assess your complaint. We'll either give you a full refund, arrange for a repair, or order you a replacement.
How much do collections for return cost?
Our collection costs are £299 anywhere in the UK where we have delivered.
Refunds
We will process your refund within 7 days of return of the products however different banks and card companies terms vary so please allow up to 10 days for it to reach your account.
Faults or Damages
Upon receiving your items, your order must be checked to ensure there has been no damage in transit. All faults or damages must be reported within 24hrs of receiving the product. You must send an image of the reported issues and we will endeavour to resolve the issue for you.
Our deliveries are provided by trusted local delivery companies. Most deliveries are made Monday to Saturday between 8am-9pm.
- Orders can be returned within 14 days for a refund.
- You are responsible for returning the goods to us in as new condition.
- Returns are to be in original packaging or courier approved packaging.
- Please include your order number either on, or within the parcel so it can be identified by our team.
- Any returns received without protective packaging will not be able to be refunded.
- Anonymous returns will be held in quarantine until the customer gets in touch.
- You are responsible for the cost of the return. If the goods are found to be faulty upon receiving into our warehouse, your return cost will be refunded in full.
- Flat pack furniture items that have been assembled can be returned, if they are in new and unused condition. This includes all pieces including hardware and assembly manuals.
- It is your responsibility to ensure items returned via independent courier (man and van services) arrive during our office hours of 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday.
When returning an item it is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the returning item is suitably packaged and protected to avoid damage in transit. We are unable to issue refunds for items which have been damaged in the returns process and the item may be returned if not received back to us "as new"
Please ensure that you enter your phone number at checkout to help our delivery providers to notify you of deliveries. If you miss or refuse* a delivery you may be charged a re-delivery/return fee up to £150 depending on the value/size of the order. This will be determined by the courier who is making the delivery.
*If a delivery is refused by you the customer or it doesn't fit in to your property due to the size you will be liable for the return charge which is determined by the courier.
